Consultancy outputs do not constitute legal advice unless explicitly stated in a separate legal engagement.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information needed for delivery.
- Review recommendations and implement controls within your organisation.
- Seek independent legal advice where required for jurisdiction-specific legal conclusions.
Fees and Payment
Commercial terms, rates, billing schedules, and payment terms are set out in individual proposals or statements of work.
Confidentiality
Both parties treat confidential information with appropriate care and only use it for the agreed engagement.
Liability and Reliance
Advice is based on information provided and the agreed scope. Liability terms are governed by the signed engagement documentation.
